Current, coherent, resolution-appropriate environment data, available on demand, to warfighing echelons and warfighting consumer systems.
Databases are “updated” at location based on indigenous data. Updates to DB is via overlays and message is sent to all subscribers with change(s). Master is updated on a regular cycle and sent back to units.
