EDCS 4.0 to FACC 2.1 Mapping SDK Release 4.0.0

NOTE: This Mapping SDK has not changed from the 4.0.0 release, and is compatible with the 4.0.1 release of the SEDRIS SDKs.

This SDK determines how environmental concepts are mapped from the EDCS to DIGEST FACC. For additional information on this release, see the link below.
