The U.S. Army Model Exchange / Virtual Targets Center (VTC) is chartered by the Commanding General,
PEO STRI to be the target model repository for PEO STRI. VTC currently has on-line several thousand
target model types, to include moving targets, which are made freely available to DoD simulation
engineers and their contractors. VTC supports several formats, and is adding support for the SEDRIS Transmittal Format (STF).
